David Jones Joins Athletic Staff
David Jones served as the Director of Operations for Western Kentucky University Baseball from 2009-2011.
"David Jones is a great addition to our staff at Eastern University" Fields stated. "I had the pleasure of working with David during my two years at Western Kentucky University, so I witnessed his tremendous work ethic first hand. David is an energetic, positive, and hard working individual who has just the skill set that we need in order to help Eastern Athletics continue its forward pursuit of excellence."
While at Western Kentucky, Jones worked as Director of Operations for the successful Hilltopper Baseball program. He earned his degree in Sports Management from WKU in May of 2011.
Jones is set to begin his tenure at Eastern on Dec. 1. He will have responsibilities in facilities and event management, and he will supervise work study.
Jones was hired after an extensive national search.

is a real steal for Eastern Athletics."
