Head Coach

Coach Nadelhoffer enters his eighth season in charge of the Eastern Basketball Program and looks forward to the 2009-2010 campaign returning a number of key contributors. The Eagles are coming off their best season in school history since the move to NCAA Division III. While at Eastern, Coach Nadelhoffer has coached 9 all-conference players and has demonstrated an ability to relate with today’s student athletes.

Through their involvement in the program, his players learn valuable lessons that will benefit them as they play and go forward in their lives. He prides himself on developing relationships with his players that last beyond the four years they wear an Eastern uniform. Coach Nadelhoffer cites the mission of the school and the tremendous potential for growth he saw in the program and the institution as reasons he came to Eastern. “Eastern University is a special place and is a place I believe in-It’s a place that I want to bring a winning basketball tradition as our institution continues to grow.”

Prior to coaching at Eastern, Coach Nadelhoffer was an assistant at the College of Dupage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. While there, he was responsible for recruiting, scouting, strength programs, and individual workouts for a team that was consistently in the national rankings. During his three years as an assistant at COD, he contributed to a NJCAA National Championship in 2002 in Delhi, NY and a 2001 runner up finish. He helped develop four NJCAA All-Americans and one National Player of the Year in 2002.
