Eagles to Host 5K on March 23rd
Eastern's 5K race will offer a $100 cash prize to the top male and top female finisher and medals to the top three finishers in each age group.
The race, called EU5K, will have cash prizes for the top overall finishers, medals for the top finishers in each age category and T-shirts for the first 300 registrants.
The race will have chip timing, and online registration will be available through the Run the Day website . Individual registration is $20 for adults and $12 for students with ID. Families that register online can register for $65.
On site registration will take place near the starting point at Eastern's main entrance off Eagle Road. Registration starts at 7:00 AM and the race begins at 8:30. There will be a kid's fun run at 8:15 for children under 12.
