Boreman Shoots Third Best At Dickinson

CARLISLE, Pa.--Eastern Women's Golf finished in third place overall at the Dickinson Invitational tournament at Mayapple Golf Club on Saturday.

The Eagles, playing in their first competition of the spring season, combined for a team score of 390.

Sophomore Kaleigh Boreman paced the Eagles with an 85, the third best individual score for the tournament and a career low for Boreman. The two golfers that placed ahead of Boreman shot an 81 and an 83.

Eastern's Bianca Scrimali finished with a 95, and Kearby Benak and Sarah Webb added scores of 101 and 109.

The Eagles are scheduled to host the Eastern Invitational at White Manor Country Club on Monday, weather pending.
