Eastern's Elaine Grazulis captured her singles' match 9-8, winning the pro set with a 7-4 tiebreaker game.

ST. DAVIDS, Pa.--Eastern Women's Tennis won its fourth match of the season on Tuesday, making quick work of the FDU-Florham Devils.

The Eagles shut out the Devils 9-0, earning their first conference win of the year. Jenn Balbi and Jenna Laubach held off FDU's No. 1 and No. 2 in the first doubles' match 8-5, one of the closest matches of the day.

Elaine Grazulis edged her singles' opponent 9-8 in a pro set, taking the tiebreaker game 7-4. Nicole Filipek's singles' match was also shortened because it took place after the overall match had been decided. However, Filipek shutout her opponent eight games to none.

The Eagles face another conference opponent on Saturday as they host Misericordia (9-7) at noon.
