Eagles Sweep Bryn Athyn Lions

Landon Walter won his singles match 6-0, 6-1 on Thursday.

BRYN ATHYN, Pa.--Eastern Men's Tennis swept the Bryn Athyn College Lions 9-0 on Thursday afternoon.

The Eagles improved to 5-3 with the win.

Eastern cruised through doubles play 8-1, 8-0, and 8-1.

In singles play, Dan Fowler, Tyler Schultz and Mylon Weaver all swept their sets in 6-0 fashion.

The Eagles won the minimum of 96 games required to win the match and only dropped nine games the entire match.

Eastern will battle Wilkes University on Saturday on the road in a conference match.
