Darling Named Player Of The Week

Dave Darling picks up his second Player of the Week honor.

Eastern University Men's Lacrosse junior Dave Darling won the Freedom Conference Player of the Week honors after an 11-point week.

ANNVILLE, Pa.--Dave Darling earned Freedom Conference Player of the Week honors after helping guide the Eagles to two more conference wins this past week.

Darling (San Diego, Calif./ Mt. Carmel) recorded 11 points in the Eagles wins over Arcadia and Misericordia. Darling had two goals and three assists at Arcadia and three goals and three assists against Misericordia.

Darling leads the Eagles this season with 56 points (25 goals and 31 assists).

The Eagles (10-4, 4-0 Freedom) clinched a home playoff game with the wins. The Eagles play their second to last regular season game on Thursday at Manhattanville.
