Top-Seeded Eagles To Host Semifinal

Joe Palo was dominant at the faceoff X in the regular season meeting between the two teams. Palo went 13-for-15 on faceoffs.

ST. DAVIDS, Pa.--Top-seeded Eastern Men's Lacrosse continues its quest for a third consecutive Freedom Conference Championship on Tuesday at 3 p.m. when the Eagles host the FDU-Florham Devils in the opening round of the Freedom tournament.

The Eagles, 12-4 (6-0 Freedom), have rolled through conference play this season, out-scoring opponents 101-29. The Eagles took down the Devils 20-3 on April 5 behind goals from 15 different players, five caused turnovers by Mark Cyron and 23-of-27 faceoffs won by Matt Lee and Joe Palo.

The winner of Tuesday's game will play in the Freedom Conference Championship on Saturday. 

Admission will be charged at the games, but Student Development will pay for the admission cost for anyone with a current Eastern student ID.
