Grant Williams earned a spot on the Freedom Conference's All-Conference Second Team.

ANNVILLE, Pa.—Grant Williams, a sophomore for Eastern Men’s Tennis, was named to the Freedom Conference Second Team on Wednesday.

Williams (York, Pa./ Red Lion) took over Eastern’s No. 1 singles spot at the beginning of the fall and played at the top spot the rest of the season, going 9-7 for the year. Williams assembled a six-match win streak in the beginning of the spring and finished out the year 3-4 in the Freedom Conference.

Williams started the 2013-2014 season in the No. 2 doubles flight, but moved up to No. 1 and he and Dan Fowler went 7-6 the rest of the season in doubles play.
